These Terms of Use apply to the digital products sold through quimbylylyw.com, including Match & Sort Missions and its upgrades and bonuses (the “Products”). By purchasing or using the Products, you agree to these terms.
1. Digital products
The Products are digital files (AI image prompts delivered in an HTML library and spreadsheets). Nothing is shipped. Access is delivered by download right after payment.
2. Payments
Payments are processed through WarriorPlus and its payment providers, such as PayPal. We never see or store your full card or PayPal details.
3. Third-party AI tools
The prompts are designed for AI image tools such as ChatGPT. You need your own account with those tools, and their terms, fees and limits apply. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Etsy, Amazon, WarriorPlus or PayPal.
4. Results
AI tools can produce different images from the same prompt. We test our prompts carefully, but we do not guarantee that every image will be error-free. You may need to regenerate a page. Please review every image before you print, publish or sell it.
5. Commercial & PLR rights
Unless a product page says otherwise, your purchase includes commercial and Private Label Rights (PLR).
You can: use the prompts and the pages you create for personal and commercial use; sell the worksheets, answer keys and activity pages you create; rebrand the product and resell it under your own brand; mix it with other products; sell the files individually or as a package on Etsy, Amazon KDP, Teachers Pay Teachers or your own website; and add it to a niche paid membership that does not specialize in PLR or resell rights products.
You cannot: share or give away your download link or the original files as they are; sell or distribute the product as a front-end product on WarriorPlus, JVZoo, ClickBank or similar platforms; distribute it on free membership sites or sites that specialize in PLR or resell rights; or use it to create content that is unsafe or inappropriate for children.
6. Refund policy
We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if there is a genuine technical issue with the product and our support team is unable to resolve it. Because the Products are instant-access digital products, reasons such as “I changed my mind,” “this isn’t for me,” or “I don’t have ChatGPT” are not eligible for a refund. To request support or a refund, email nguyenphuonglalalove@gmail.com with your purchase email and WarriorPlus transaction ID. Eligible refunds are processed through WarriorPlus. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute; most issues are solved in one email.
7. Intellectual property
Except for the rights granted above, the Products and all sales materials remain the property of their creator.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Products is limited to the amount you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or marketplace account actions.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
